Last Saturday, June 1st 2024, Very Ashley hosted the annual Living Lavishly Brunch at The Boathouse at Sunday Park, bringing together over 50 attendees in a vibrant celebration of foster care, positivity, and community spirit. In a touching tribute to Foster Care Awareness, guests wore blue, symbolizing their solidarity and support for the cause.
The highlight of the event was the keynote speech by Barry Farmer of The Barry Farmer Morning Show. Farmer captivated the audience with his heartfelt story of fostering three young boys at the age of 20, sharing the profound impact this journey has had on his life.
